With Lent in full swing, we all know what that means…it’s time to find the best fish fries in Cincinnati!  I’m a little late with getting you this list, but there’s still time to check out one of the Fish Fries on this list.

How Has The COVID-19 Pandemic Affected Fish Fries This Year?

Just like everything else, the pandemic has taken it’s toll on good old-fashioned fish fries, too.  I remember when almost every Catholic church in town offered at one Friday night fish fry, but things have changed.

Although most of these fish fry feasts are carryout or drive-thru only because of the pandemic, there are still dozens of fish fries to choose from.

1. St. Margaret of York

St. Margaret of York isn’t hosting their fish fry this year, but they’re making sure you’re taken care of, nonetheless. Off the Hook Fish and Chips food truck will be in their parking lot every Friday in March 5-7:30 PM.

Address: 9499 Columbia Rd. Loveland, OH 45140

Phone: 513-697-3100

2. Lehr’s Prime Market

Lehr’s Prime Market‘s famous haddock sandwich is back every Friday 11-7 PM during Lent! The plate is $12 and includes hush puppies and coleslaw.

Get a North-Atlantic wild caught meal Wednesdays-Fridays this Lent season at either location.

They will be open Good Friday, and will continue to hold Friday hours from now on since they received such a positive response during Fish Frydays this year.

Try the Cod Almighty or Whiting as a basket or sandwich. There’s also salmon, which is air fried and seasoned with Jeanetta’s special blend of spices. With a variety of sides to choose from, there’s no going wrong at this fish fry.
